No matter the item or service I am looking to pay for, I always look at business as potential investments. I always wanted the best "bang for my buck", if you will. No matter what, you always want the "returning customer". The attitude of the business I am entering (the store location, the presentation of packaging, the attitude of the sale reps, convenience, etc) does indeed effect my decision-making process as to whether or not I will spend my hard-earned money with.
